Specialties We Produce for Christmas and Easter

At Christmas we ensure that we can offer you a great selection of traditional Christmas Cakes and Puddings, Gingerbread Houses, Aniseed and Honey Lebkuchen, shortbread Christmas biscuits, Dresdener Stollen.

At Easter the shop is filled with all shapes and sizes of bunnies, bilbies and eggs - even the famous nougat egg made from almonds and caramelised sugar and decorated with dark chocolate.

Other specialities include Linzertorte, Buendner Walnut , Flourless Chocolate, Carrot, Ricotta cakes and Berry Frangipani tarts. Our petit-fours come in flavours such as Lemon, Caramel and Chocolate.
