Our bread and bread rolls are made daily on the premises and you can choose from a big selection. From Monday 'til Friday you can choose between more than 10 different varieties.

Saturday is even better: The range is getting bigger and the choice harder with our traditional butter plait, 'Bürli', St Galler and more. There is also some savoury bread for lunch or anytime.
