Bruno
Bruno's Truffels, based in Canberra, the national capital of Australia,
is a business which has been established in October 1984 in the southern
suburb of Narrabundah and then relocated to Mawson in 2004.
Bruno Ehrensperger immigrated from
Switzerland in 1983. He is a Swiss baker, pastry cook and confectioner
by trade but he happens to make THE most delicious
chocolates!
Arriving in Canberra in 1984, he
worked as a pastry cook and baker before starting his own business
in Narrabundah making chocolates. In 2004 Bruno's Truffels relocated
to Mawson to serve a bigger area of customers.
Bruno has surprised many of his
customers with his hand-made chocolates from a range of more than
50 varieties including 25 different fresh cream butter-based truffles.
He even has customers travelling from as far as Melbourne and Brisbane,
who just can't get enough of his delicacies! And as he puts it,
"No-one has ever been able to say they have had a better chocolate
anywhere."
